Twinnks' mission is to help women live more confident, comfortable lives. This starts with a bra designed to work with your body and your outfit & won't distract people away from your beauty and brains — this is a theme you'll see in all future products. We started this company with one product: the Nah Bra because we are completely self-funded but our vision is to be the go-to for all things basicwear (next up: loungewear). We have a minimalist style so you'll see very little patterns or bright colors. We just think you should be louder than your outfit.
About the Nah Bra
The “Nah Bra” is the opening act and was created to solve our biggest pet peeve, the visible cup line (“VCL” if you will). While flattering on its own, it was designed with your outfit in mind. The internet will tell you VCLs are the consumers fault (wrong size, we’re not properly washing it, we aren’t rotating our bras enough), but to that, we say “nah, bra”. In reality the reason is simple: the cup is not a part of your skin (no, its true!) therefore the cup-to-skin transition creates an edge that will inevitably show through your shirt. The previous solution was to wear an undershirt/cami to smooth everything out so we decided to incorporate that into our bra.

We aren't designers or textile experts, we're young professionals like you looking for something simple: a bra that’s smooth under clothes. Twinnks started as a side hustle in 2016 to solve a pet peeve (bra lines) and after years of research and development, we've created a bra that's designed with your outfit in mind. This is new territory and we want you to take this journey with us. As we develop new products, we promise to be transparent, straightforward and as entertaining as possible.
